Wholesale Policies Shipping Orders are normally processed for shipping within 3 to 4 business days. Orders shipped via Ground Shipping will normally arrive within 8-10 days. Orders shipped via Rush Delivery will normally arrive within 3-4 days. Wholesale orders are not available to Alaska & Hawaii.
Warranties All of our products are warrantied to be free of manufacturers defects and to arrive undamaged. Should you discover a manufacturers defect, or detect that an item has been damaged during shipping, please notify us at CustomerService@WholesaleGiftMerchandise.com within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will replace or refund the item.
Refunds & Exchanges Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you decide that you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase for any reason, you are welcome to do so with our No Questions return policy. Please contact us at CustomerService@WholesaleGiftMerchandise.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please note, an RMA number is required for all returns, and in some cases, large quantities may not be eligible for refunds. Upon our receipt of your merchandise we will issue you a refund of the cost of the item, less a twenty% (20%) restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges are nonrefundable. Credit Card purchases will be issued a refund to the account used during the purchase transaction.
Cancellations Should you decide to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us at CustomerService@WholesaleGiftMerchandise.com immediately. You will receive a full and complete refund for any orders which have yet to be processed. Orders that have already been processed will be subject to our No Questions Refund & Exchange policy.
General Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Not responsible for typographical errors. Wholesale Product Bundles may be subject to the substitution of items that become unavailable, and these substitutions will be of items of equal or greater value.
